I Believe.

If I could step back in time
Witness the miracles you shared
Hear you speak of heaven
And the path to salvation
Would I have believed?

After I witnessed your suffering and death
Would I have believed you were my savior?
Or perhaps my heart would have remained hardened
Not willing to see;
Not willing to believe

Upon your resurrection
If You came to me in spirit and took me by the hand
If You walked with me and talked with me
Could I still deny You?

Upon Your ascension would I have wept?
Would I have been saddened by the loss of the King of man?

These miracles I did not witness
Yet in my heart the truth is known

I believe…
