"I Am with You Always" -- (Mt.28:20)

A poem by: Lois Donahue

God makes His presence known to us
Assures us He is near
And gives us ways to sense it’s He-
We see, we feel, we hear. His “touch” we feel where breezes blow
His “power” where mountains rise
We hear His voice when raindrops fall
In stars we see His eyes.

So ‘tho He’s here with us on earth
He reigns beyond the sun
And ‘tho He ‘fathers’ all who live
He knows each one-on-one.

And things we do for love of God
Whatever they might be
Are ways God leaves His fingerprints
For all the world to see.
